SUBMISSIONS FOR THE JURIED EXHIBITION:

All Carroll School alumni are invited to submit a piece of artwork for this juried exhibition.

Shipped Artwork: Must be received by May 13, 2024 and include a prepaid return shipping label. 

Artwork Drop Off: Monday, May 13, 2024 to Friday, May 17, 2024 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00p m. Please let us know if you need a different time.

Artwork Deinstallation/Pick Up: April 29 - May 2, 2025 between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please let us know if you need a different time.

ARTIST RECEPTION:

Join us May 22, 2024 from 6:00 - 7:30 pm
Appetizers and Refreshments

Artists, family, friends and fellow Carroll alums - join us for a celebratory reception. Enjoy the art exhibit, and help celebrate the unveiling of the winning submission. Invitation with additional details to follow.

HOW TO APPLY:

Upload an image of your artwork for consideration to this form by May 10, 2024.

Accepted Media:

  • Fine arts - watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media, printmaking, pastel, drawing, collage, sculpture and ceramics; NO INSTALLATIONS OR VIDEOS
  • Artworks should not exceed 36” in length or 6” (in depth including frame)
  • All artwork must be ready to hang (no saw tooth, keyhole hangers or fishing line)
  • If you are entering sculpture for indoors, sculpture should not exceed 24” in any direction and should not weigh more than 40 lbs.
  • If you are entering a large outdoor sculpture, the artist will have to install it under the supervision of Carroll's Buildings and Grounds Team
  • All artwork must be school appropriate (no nudes)

ENTER THE EXHIBITIOn (Last Day: May 10)

The Juror Committee will decide on one piece of artwork to be purchased by Carroll School to be part of the school’s permanent collection.

LIABILITY:

Artists are responsible for the delivery, packing, transport and return of their artwork at their own risk. Carroll School is not responsible for any injury or damages of any artwork.
